Easy Street .

Well, after unpicking those 6 blocks, turning the offending part around and restitching, I've finished all the blocks.

Here's the quilt- it's very green!

At the moment, it's only blocks laid out on the floor.  Sewing is next.
Please have a look at all the other Easy Street quilts  over at Quiltville.com.
So far there are over 185 people linked up to show how they're going with this quilt.

  1. As you were piecing it I thought it was going to be more a red a and navy quilt, not green! Still looks good though.

  2. I was ripping out as I made mine, but lo and behold, I still had to fix 6 mistakes after the top was put together! I feel for you, but we both know we will be happier with the finish. Yippee for you to be so far along!

  6. Your quilt looks lovely. I think many of us have had to rip out.... I'm not a hugely experienced quilter and though Bonnie's directions were excellent, I still found myself having to be extra careful. You'd think those little mistakes wouldn't be so obvious in a quilt with so many pieces.

  8. So many pieces I think it's easy to get a component around the wrong way, I've found a couple so far. Better now than when it's quilted! Looking good.
