Finally, I've finished the next round of borders for my Netherfield quilt. They were on hold for a while as I waited for the stem fabric to arrive, but then there was no holding back once it hit my letterbox! Luckily, I'd pieced the hexagon flowers whilst waiting, so full steam ahead.
Four borders ready for trimming.

What pretty borders! So pretty that I had to go back through your blog just to see what the Netherfield pattern was. It's lovely, and I can't wait to see more as you progress through the rest.
ReplyDeleteYou're such a fast appliquér! Your borders are gorgeous. Why am I not able to complete two more appliqué borders on a big quilt so I can call the top finished? No need to answer... I know it's because I've completely lost interest in that quilt. Wish you were here!
